Today in class we discussed the sports data project. We broke into groups and did a group building activity by learning about each other. I learned that Jared Adams has a beard, likes music, transfered from HAC, plays the guitar and bass, likes tea, and works at a grocery store and the computer lab.
I learned that Paul Ware has never seen James Bond, he's a gamer, his favorite game is Tekken, he's a senior and a transfer from Lincoln University, and he hates writing. Devin Drennen is a sophomore, she has screws in her knee from a volleyball injury, she likes music, she likes the eagles, she's been to Hawaii and Alaska, and she works for her family business. Samantha Piersol is a junior, she is a transfer, likes music, toured with a friend's band, went to Haiti, started as a business major, and grew up on a farm. We then talked about what we know about hockey and posted it to the wordpress site. After that we played a simulation of hockey and learned how it works just by playing a few games.
